As a former law clerk to the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Nevada, Gordon is experienced in all facets of bankruptcy law, particularly Chapter 11 reorganizations. When representing creditors in formal bankruptcy proceedings and informal out-of-court workouts, Gordon’s goal is to maximize recovery. He advises in restructurings and in judicial and non-judicial foreclosure proceedings. He also represents secured lenders in foreclosures related to liens for real estate deeds of trust and Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) security interests on personal property including all aspects of post-judgment collection efforts. Gordon is also a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Turnaround Management Association and is the President of the Southern Nevada Association of Bankruptcy Attorneys.
