Elizabeth Fuller
Federal Employment Associate
Ms. Fuller is an Associate with Tully Rinckey in the Federal Employment Law practice. Before joining Tully Rinckey in January 2023, she was a Civil Litigation Associate with a small law firm in Virginia where she focused primarily on employment matters. As counsel for a main police union, her firm proudly spearheaded collective bargaining for law enforcement for many jurisdictions throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Prior to her practice in civil litigation, Ms. Fuller served as a Magistrate under the Executive Secretary of the Supreme Court of Virginia. As an independent judicial official she worked at the intersection of the courts, the Alexandria Sheriff’s Office and Police Department, and community mental health. Additionally, Ms. Fuller brings a background in both state and federal government, as well as the non-profit sector, to her practice in Federal Employment law. She initially began her career in the field of Anti-Human Trafficking and has lived abroad.
In law school Ms. Fuller participated in the St. Mary’s Immigration and Human Rights Clinic as a student attorney and worked on deportation and asylum cases.
Ms. Fuller is passionate about not only addressing the legal needs of clients with excellence, but also in providing professionalism and encouragement in everything she does.
