Glassman, Wyatt, Tuttle & Cox, P.C.Over the last ten years, I have been fortunate to practice in a variety of areas of civil litigation, including: - Medical Device Litigation, including class III and 510(k) implantable medical devices for persons located in multiple continents and across the United States - Professional negligence (including medical malpractice, dental malpractice and legal malpractice) - False Claims Act cases - including for Medicare Fraud, Government contractor fraud, and IRS Whistleblower - Construction litigation involving the building of roads, bridges, and parking garages, to name a few - Complex business litigation involving millions of dollars of alleged damages in a variety of areas - Real estate litigation involving allegedly defective title work, title insurance, real estate closings, property management and more I am part of a team of lawyers that strive to work together to best represent our clients, using teamwork, brainstorming and collaboration. I am licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court, the United States Tax Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Eighth Circuits, all federal district courts in Tennessee and Arkansas, and in Tennessee, Arkansas and Kentucky State Courts. Over my career, I have been privileged to appear in a number of courts across the country including state courts in Tennessee, Georgia, Arkansas and California, as well as federal district courts in Tennessee, Arkansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Florida, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, Massachusetts, Texas, and Oklahoma.
