Dianne A. Van Voorhees
Mediator & Facilitator – Harmony Path Mediation
Serving Clients Across Colorado
With more than 20 years of legal experience, Dianne A. Van Voorhees brings depth, compassion, and clarity to her work in alternative dispute resolution. Formerly a municipal court judge, Dianne transitioned from the bench to focus on helping individuals and families resolve conflict without litigation. Her background spans family law, community justice, and restorative practices—making her particularly skilled at facilitating meaningful dialogue and durable agreements.
Dianne is certified in mediation through Mares-Dixon & Associates and trained in Collaborative Law with the Colorado Collaborative Divorce Professionals. She is also a member of the Restorative Denver Facilitator pool, where she applies restorative justice principles to help communities heal from harm.
Known for her steady presence and deep listening, Dianne works directly with clients to identify core concerns and explore collaborative solutions. Whether guiding a family through divorce or helping community members navigate conflict, she brings a thoughtful, non-adversarial approach rooted in fairness, transparency, and respect.
Based in Westminster, Colorado, Dianne offers mediation and facilitation services statewide via Zoom or Webex. She serves a broad range of clients—from rural families to professionals in complex civil disputes—offering clarity in moments that matter most.

- Alternative Dispute Resolution provides you with the opportunity to develop, propose, and negotiate agreements and solutions to your own conflicts with the help of a neutral facilitator (helper/peacemaker/mediator, etc.) who does not take sides but helps all sides to better understand each other's goals, concerns, and needs. Sometimes, mediation or other alternative dispute resolution can work to resolve all disagreements and conflicts, sometimes it only works for parts, And when it doesn't result in any resolution at all, you leave knowing you tried, and you still have the opportunity to present your case to a court. My goal is to help people by providing compassionate facilitation to the dispute resolution process.
