David Lincoln Axelrod

David L. Axelrod began work as a teenager, selling scorecards in Dodger Stadium. After attending college, David L. Axelrod entered a career as Park Ranger and Fire Fighter, at the East Bay Regional Park District (EBRPD) of Northern California. In 1988, David L. Axelrod graduated law school at the University of California, Berkeley, California, passed the bar, and commenced the practice of law.
David L. Axelrod worked as Deputy Attorney for CALTRANS Legal Division in Los Angeles, California, and then as Deputy Tuolumne County Counsel in Sonora, California. Mr. Axelrod established the Sierra Law Office of David L. Axelrod in June 1991, to provide high-quality legal service for the entire Mother Lode region of Northern California. Mr. Axelrod moved his main law office to Roseville, California in December 2022, and from that base of operations, continues the private practice of law in Northern California to this day.
David L. Axelrod states as follows:

Contingent Fees
33.3% in personal injury cases, if settled prior to trial, and no fee until we win. On other matters: $330 per hour generally, and $165 for initial consultation. Consultation fees are deferred or waived for personal injuries. -
