Practicing bankruptcy law having represented corporations and individuals in Chapter 7 and 13 cases. I have also represented creditors in Chapter 7 and 13 cases while working with a major creditor's firm for approximately two years. I was also a staff attorney for two different Chapter 13 Trustees (on a contract basis) representing the Trustee in court matters. I have also been General Counsel for a publicly traded corporation, and have represented businesses and corporate officers in court proceedings in state and federal courts in 4 states. I have extensive experience in environmental remediation and representation before state regulatory boards, and federal courts.
