David Gross
Iacuone McAllister Potter PLLC
I represent both individuals and businesses in high-stakes litigation, handling a variety of cases such as partnership disputes, trade secrets, and investor disputes. I have a particular focus on representing financial advisors in FINRA disputes, which cover issues like the repayment of promissory notes, arbitrating defamation, U5 terms, and compensation forfeiture disputes.
Previously, I served as the Associate General Counsel and VP for U.S. Home Systems, Inc., a NASDAQ traded company that was later acquired by Home Depot. In this role, I was in charge of overseeing the human resource functions and providing both business and legal advice to the executive team. This in-house experience allowed me to handle a wide range of business, employment, and other legal issues across approximately 30 states.
Before my time at U.S. Home Systems, Inc., I was a Partner in the Labor and Employment Group at Jackson Walker, LLP. Prior to that, I worked as a litigator at Looper Reed Mark & McGraw and Godwin Carlton & Maxwell.
I am AV rated by Martindale Hubbell and licensed to practice law in Texas. My legal practice has led me to represent cases before the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit, various United States District Courts in Texas, the Supreme Court of Texas, and the Fifth Court of Appeals in Texas.
