Daniel Gerard O'Donnell
I graduated from UC Davis in 1987 and completed my law degree at McGeorge School of Law in 1991. I was admitted to practice on December 17, 1991. I am actively involved in the legal community as a Board Member of the Capitol City Trial Lawyers Association and the Sacramento County Bar Association, and I am also a member of the Yolo County Bar Association and the California Employee Lawyers Association.
I serve as a Pro Tem Judge for El Dorado County Superior Court and Sacramento County Small Claims Court. My verdicts have been featured in Jury Verdicts, and my case settlements have appeared in various newspapers, including the Sacramento Bee.
Outside of my practice, I am an Adjunct Professor for the Los Rios Community College District. I was honored to be named one of Sacramento Magazine’s Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys in both 2015 and 2017.
