Legal Answers
1 Questions Answered
Q. On probation for 2nd DUI, caught driving on revoked license, should I hire a lawyer?
A: You absolutely need an attorney for both the violation of probation hearing, as well as the new charges for driving revoked. Driving on a revoked license carries a penalty of up to one year of incarceration. Further, a guilty finding in that case would violate your probation. Please call my office for a free consultation.
