Colleen Coffman
Colleen Coffman practices primarily in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, family law, and estate planning and administration, but has experience in all of the firm’s practice areas. Colleen joined Ethridge Quinn after a judicial clerkship with the Honorable Mary Beth McCormick in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County.
A lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Maryland, Colleen graduated from Gaithersburg High School and received her undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business. Colleen earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. Following graduation from law school, Colleen was selected to serve as adjunct faculty advising law students enrolled in a writing course offered by the University of Maryland Carey School of Law.
Colleen is licensed to practice law in the State and Federal Courts of Maryland and she is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. She has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers Magazine in 2018, 2019, and 2020. Colleen enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and dog and rooting for Maryland Terrapin basketball.
