Charles V Falkenberg III

I’ve been a trial attorney with Karlin, Fleisher & Falkenberg, LLC for my entire career beginning in 1987. I’ve focused my career on representing clients who have suffered serious injuries in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. My work is driven by a commitment to justice and advocacy for those in need.

After graduating from the University of Notre Dame in 1983, I pursued my legal education at Loyola University School of Law in Chicago, earning my Juris Doctor (J.D.) in 1986. I was admitted to the Illinois Bar shortly thereafter and am licensed to practice in both State and Federal courts.

My practice encompasses a variety of legal matters, including:
- Nursing home neglect
- Medical malpractice
- Construction-related injuries
- Work-related injuries
- Car crashes

I’ve tried numerous cases to verdict in Chicago and surrounding counties, in both State and Federal courts. My work has resulted in many recoveries exceeding $1,000,000, with several reaching into the 8-figure range. I also represent clients in arbitrations and mediations, resolving cases through these avenues when appropriate and in line with my clients’ goals. Additionally, I’ve served as an Arbitrator, selected by fellow attorneys to help resolve personal injury disputes.
