- A: A court can order bond conditions that you must fulfill in order to remain out on bond. That is even though the underlying idea behind bail is to help ensure that a person awaiting trial will appear in court. If the judge made reporting to a bond officer a condition of your bond then you must comply with that.
That being said, you should hire an attorney to represent you in your case and to try to make sure that you remain out of custody pending your trial.
