- Q. Are you a criminal lawyer?
- A: I am a criminal lawyer and I am licensed to practice within the State of Georgia. Is there something specific that I can assist you with?
- Q. Is there any way I can get around a terroristic threat charge in ga?
- A: It is illegal to use any threatening language of any kind towards a person in the state of Georgia. You could face possible charges such as terroristic threats or harassing communication. If you are in physical danger, I advise seeking the help of law enforcement. If you are not in physical danger, I advise consulting with a plaintiff's attorney to see if you have a legal action against this person for what they caused you.
- Q. Family member has warrants for failure to appear and probation violation.
- A: That is not necessarily true. Probation could submit to the Court a tolling order and if it has been signed his probation would stop or "toll" until such time as he is arrested not the warrants. If a tolling order has been signed there is no way for his probation period to run out.
