Cale's practice focuses primarily on “general” product liability cases. These are cases where a consumer or a user of a product suffers serious injury or death because of defects in a product’s design or because the product failed from some mechanical or manufacturing problem.

Cale participated in the trial of Rodriguez v. Suzuki, which resulted in a jury verdict of $36.9M. He also worked as lead associate during the six-week trial of Six Flags v. Time Warner in Gwinnett County, Georgia - a case which resulted in a Georgia-record $454M verdict for the Plaintiffs.
Cale has served as lead or co-lead counsel at trial in 8 verdicts exceeding $1 million dollars and 3 verdicts at or above $10 million, including a $24.8 million award in Gaines v. Cumberland County Hospital System and a $10 million verdict in Hernandez v. Hi-Tech Engineering.
Cale has been named a “SuperLawyer” by Atlanta Magazine for 16 consecutive years in the area of automotive products liability and has twice been named to Georgia Trend’s list of the “Legal Elite".
Cale attended the University of Georgia where he graduated summa cum laude with highest honors and then attended the University of Georgia Law School, where he graduated magna cum laude.
