Binita Singh
Binita Singh is a registered patent attorney who is privileged to work with individuals and to protect their intellectual property rights. She received her B.S. in Physiology and a minor in Chemistry from California State University in San Jose. She further went on and obtained a M.S. in Cellular and Molecular Biology from California State University in Sacramento, where she performed her graduate research to determine which factors influenced pluripotent stem cells to transform into smooth muscle cells in the aorta. Later, Binita earned her J.D. from Willamette University College of Law in Oregon.
As an intellectual property attorney and a patent attorney, Binita knows that this is an exciting area of law, because the world is dominated by technology and innovation. She understands that intellectual property rights are a valuable asset and she wants to help people achieve success with their ideas. She looks forward to taking a creative idea and turning it into a reality by providing practical legal protection.
Binita is admitted to practice in Oregon State and is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
