Alexa Massad Powers
Messier, Massad, Burdick & Assoc. LLCAlexa is an attorney licensed in both Connecticut and Rhode Island. She is a graduate of the University of Connecticut where she graduated Summa Cum Laude. Alexa attended Quinnipiac University School of Law as a Dean’s Fellow where she graduated #1 in her class and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Quinnipiac Law Review. Prior to joining Messier Massad Burdick & Assoc. LLC, Alexa served as a Judicial Clerk for Justice Andrew J. McDonald on the Connecticut Supreme Court after serving a term as a law student extern for Judge Jeffrey A. Meyer of the Federal District Court for the District of Connecticut. Alexa is the published author of Title IX – Where is It Now and Where Should It Go? Analysis of Existing Policy on Campus Sexual Harassment and Recommendations for Modification. Alexa handles personal injury and insurance matters, land use litigation, estate planning, and probate litigation matters.
