During and after undergraduate school, I worked on drilling rigs domestically and worldwide for 14 years. I then studied law and went into private practice, except for 4 years as the elected County Attorney.

Not quite a native of Jackson Hole, Richard has lived and worked in Jackson since 1972. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming in 1993, and his M.B.A. and J.D. in 2002, both also from the University of Wyoming.
