Bo is a graduate of Furman University with a degree in Business (B.S. 2011), Winthrop University with a Masters in Business (M.B.A. 2013), and Charleston School of Law (J.D. 2017). He is a member of Grace Church and resides in Travelers Rest with his wife Rachel who is the firm's office manager. Bo is licensed to practice in all South Carolina and North Carolina state and federal courts. His primary focus includes Personal Injury Litigation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Slip and Fall, and Social Security Disability.

Mr. McDougall entered the University of South Carolina School of Law in Fall 1991. While at the USC School of Law, Mr. McDougall made the Dean's List and engaged in a number of independent legal studies in his particular areas of interest. Mr. McDougall remained involved in a number of Legal Societies. Dane is a native of North Augusta, South Carolina and attended Aquinas High School in Augusta, Georgia. He received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel where he was actively engaged in cadet leadership roles and a member of the football team. His pursuit of a legal career led him to the University of South Carolina School of Law. It was during Dane’s second year of law school that he began clerking for NMJ. Stephen Yacobi graduated from Wofford College with honors and received his juris doctor from the University of South Carolina, School of Law. He was admitted as a member of the South Carolina Bar in 1980. He is a fellow of the Academy of Adoption & Assisted Reproduction Attorneys and has been since 1993. He has assisted in the adoptive placement of more than eight hundred children.
In more recent years he has enjoyed an expanding practice in the areas of estate planning and estate administration often serving as personal representative for estates or conservator for legally incapacitated persons.

Chase moved to Greenville in 2001 after graduating from USC School of Law and began work as a prosecutor for the Thirteenth Circuit in Pickens, and later in Greenville County. After working for two years as a prosecutor, Chase started his own firm, The Law Office of H. Chase Harbin, P.A. Since 2003 Chase has defended clients in Federal Court, State Circuit Court, Magistrate/Municipal, and Family Court. He has successfully defended clients and won acquittals at trials ranging from Driving Under the Influence, to Armed Robbery (State was seeking Life without the Possibility of Parole).
