Irene graduated from the University of Toledo College of Law in 1980 and was admitted to the Ohio Bar in 1981.

Irene is also admitted to the U. S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio; the U. S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio; the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit; the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania; and the U.S. Tax Court.

G. Nicholas Mineff, an alumnus of St. Edward High School, holds a Psychology and Law and Society degree from Hood College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law.
