Tony Resimius focuses his practice in the areas of employment law, litigation and business law. As the leader of the Rohde Dales Employment Law Team, Tony provides advice and counsel to employers in all aspects of the employment relationship. This advice and counsel regularly includes issues related to the Americans with Disabilities Act, employee handbooks, drug testing policies, independent contractor agreements, wage and hour issues, the Family Medical Leave Act, arrest and conviction discrimination allegations, and workers compensation matters.

Freya has been practicing exclusively immigration law since 2012. She focuses on family and employment immigration. She has significant experience with the immigration needs of families, including LGBT+ families, students, researchers, colleges, universities, aliens of extraordinary ability, and small to mid-size companies.

Mark Schroeder received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Luther College in 1980, and his law degree from Marquette University in 1983. He has been an attorney with Consigny Law Firm, S.C. since 1987. A member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the Rock County Bar Association, and a past member of the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Association of Justice, Mr. Schroeder is also a past member of the State Bar of Wisconsin Law-Related Education Committee. Prior to joining Axley, Mary earned her MBA in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business, and gained banking and investment experience by working at Goldman Sachs and the State of Wisconsin Investment Board.
