Attorney Rollie R. Hanson graduated from the University of Wisconsin (UW) Madison Law School and was admitted to the State Bar of Wisconsin in May, 1986 as well as the Western District of Wisconsin. He was admitted to the Eastern District of Wisconsin in June, 1986. He received a J.D. degree from UW Madison Law School and a B.A. from the University of Minnesota in 1985. With over 30 years experience practicing Criminal Defense, Drunk Driving Defense, Traffic Offenses and Driver's License Reinstatement, Mr. Molter has acted as an arbitrator on numerous personal injury cases, having been appointed by other law firms that need his negotiating skills in arbitration.

Attorney Mary Parmeter is an associate attorney and member of the Business Practice Group at Axley. Ms. Parmeter focuses her practice on general corporate law, corporate finance and securities, business organization and formation, mergers and acquisitions, development, and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Axley, Mary earned her MBA in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business, and gained banking and investment experience by working at Goldman Sachs and the State of Wisconsin Investment Board.
