Attorney Mary Parmeter is an associate attorney and member of the Business Practice Group at Axley. Ms. Parmeter focuses her practice on general corporate law, corporate finance and securities, business organization and formation, mergers and acquisitions, development, and real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Axley, Mary earned her MBA in Corporate Finance and Investment Banking from the Wisconsin School of Business, and gained banking and investment experience by working at Goldman Sachs and the State of Wisconsin Investment Board.

Stephanie Gwyn, Managing Attorney of Law Offices of Stephanie M. Gwyn, has extensive experience in employment-based immigration, including non-immigrant visas, PERM labor certification, and immigrant petitions. Her practice also covers immigration Form I-9 compliance as well as family-based immigration and citizenship. Stephanie works with a wide variety of clients, including multinational corporations, telecommunications companies, manufacturing companies, architecture firms, religious organizations, law firms, and trading firms.

I grew up in Northwestern Wisconsin, went to school at Carleton College and UW Madison, and now I practice law in Baraboo, Wisconsin. Growing up, I did a little bit of everything. I played sports, performed music, worked a few third-shifts, and taught English in China. Now, I practice in several fields of civil law and enjoy the variety.
