Sandy graduated with honors from Seattle University School of Law. During law school she was recognized as a quarterfinalist for the Moot Court Competition and received the top award in her Legal Writing II Class for best appellate brief. During her final semester of law school, Sandy externed with the Seattle City Attorney's Office with their Infractions Department. There she was responsible for negotiating with defense attorneys and representing the City in contested infraction cases. Caitlin Royse is a compassionate family law attorney known for her empathetic listening and ability to guide clients through divorce with dignity. She is especially passionate about domestic violence advocacy, creating safety plans in high-risk situations, and developing creative parenting plans for co-parents with strained relationships. A skilled negotiator and strong litigator, Caitlin works to resolve cases outside of court whenever possible. Based in the Pacific Northwest, she enjoys hiking, theater, and performing as a jazz singer.

Hillary Dawn is a compassionate family law attorney dedicated to guiding clients through divorce and child custody matters with empathy and skill. A mother of two, she prioritizes solutions that protect children’s well-being and minimize emotional harm. Hillary is passionate about serving the LGBTQ community, offering experienced representation in parenting plans and parental rights cases, including those involving non-biological parents. Combining strong negotiation skills with litigation experience, and drawing on her background in estate planning, she helps clients achieve practical, lasting outcomes. Outside of work, Hillary enjoys Seattle sports, backpacking, snowboarding, and wakeboarding with her family.

Gabriel Harrison was born and raised near Bellingham, Washington. He attended Western Washington University and in 2004 earned his undergraduate degree in History and Political Science. Gabe entered the University of Oregon Law School in 2009 and graduated in 2012.

Gabe has been practicing immigration law since 2013. He currently owns Harrison and Pai, PLLC with his law Partner, Holly Pai.

We practice in Washington and Oregon. Our practice areas are plaintiff personal injury, business and health care law. I graduated from the UW School of Law in 1975.

Thomas D. Coe has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts and a Juris Doctorate degree from Seattle University. He has been practicing law throughout Washington since 1994, and is known for his dedicated representation of his clients and a deep understanding of the legal process.
