I have been working as a management consultant and attorney in the high-tech security, privacy, and risk management field for over 40 years. I recently authored a book titled "Internal Policies for Artificial Intelligence Risk Management" (www.internalpolicies.com). This book offers ready-made policies that licensee organizations can adapt and republish internally within their own firms. Additionally, I wrote "Directors' & Officers' Legal Duties for Information Security and Privacy" (www.dutiesaudit.com), further contributing to the field. Richard Martin is an accomplished attorney who is highly active in both the legal and civic communities, locally and nationally. Locally, he is a dedicated member of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ).
