I have been working as a management consultant and attorney in the high-tech security, privacy, and risk management field for over 40 years. I recently authored a book titled "Internal Policies for Artificial Intelligence Risk Management" (www.internalpolicies.com). This book offers ready-made policies that licensee organizations can adapt and republish internally within their own firms. Additionally, I wrote "Directors' & Officers' Legal Duties for Information Security and Privacy" (www.dutiesaudit.com), further contributing to the field. I have dedicated my career to defending the accused. I have argued cases before the Washington Supreme Court, Court of Appeal, Superior Courts, District Courts and Municipal Courts. I have tried over 35 felony cases to verdict. I have handled cases ranging from DUI to murder and sexual assault. I am highly competitive and hate losing.
