John Crandley was born and raised in Virginia Beach, and in 1998, he graduated from Cox High School, where he was the student body president in his senior year. He is married to Kate Crandley, M.D., of Tidewater Children’s Associates, who is also a 1998 Cox High School graduate. John and Kate Crandley live in Virginia Beach with their three sons. Rhiannon Hartman focuses her practice on estate and business planning . She enjoys assisting clients in the event of life changes of every kind, including for their children’s or grandchildren’s futures, or upon the death of incapacity of a loved one.

She received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, and graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, Rhiannon was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and the Career Services Advisory Board. She also served as a Manuscripts Editor of the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest.

Steven M. Oser is a Tidewater native. He has been representing injured folks for 35 years. His practice and attention to his clients and their case is personal and hands on.
