My firm is located in Nottoway County (Southside Virginia). I have15 years of experience in criminal law, family law, and personal injury. My past criminal representation involves serious crimes, such as murder, malicious wounding, embezzlement, grand larceny, and rape (less serious crimes would be DUI and Reckless Driving). I have also represented numerous clients in car accident cases, as well as, medical malpractice.

Karl Moses is an associate in the firm's Creditor's Rights, Bankruptcy and Insolvency section. His practice focuses on creditors' rights, commercial litigation, insolvency, workouts and foreclosures. He primarily represents banks and other lending institutions. Karl has extensive experience representing mortgage lenders in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings in the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Virginia. His experience includes advising clients on their rights and remedies under the bankruptcy code and handling the full suite of filings necessary to protect clients' rights. Karl also has experience with state court collections and judgment enforcement.

Richard grew up in Petersburg, Virginia. He graduated from American University in 2005 and received his J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University in 2011. While in law school, Richard was a member of the Mock Trial Honor Society and served as the Society's President from 2010-2011.
