Karl Moses is an associate in the firm's Creditor's Rights, Bankruptcy and Insolvency section. His practice focuses on creditors' rights, commercial litigation, insolvency, workouts and foreclosures. She received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, and graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law. Richard grew up in Petersburg, Virginia. He graduated from American University in 2005 and received his J.D. from the Washington College of Law at American University in 2011. While in law school, Richard was a member of the Mock Trial Honor Society and served as the Society's President from 2010-2011.
