Charles D. Lewis is a former judge and prosecutor with nearly 20 years of experience in criminal defense. He is also a US Navy veteran. Born the son of a poor share-cropper, Mr. Lewis was the first in his family to go to college. He also interned for the ACLU of the Nation's Capital and clerked for the Montgomery County Office of the Public Defender.
