As a founding partner of Commonwealth Law Group, Seth handles challenging litigation for clients and their families who have suffered serious injuries or death, catastrophic on-the-job injuries, and for those who have been discriminated against or deprived of their constitutional rights. Such constitutional rights cases often involve injuries resulting from constitutional deprivations, such as clients who have suffered excessive force by law enforcement or those subjected to cruel and unusual punishment in prison.
