Soon after, he earned a joint degree at Regent University, obtaining a M.A. in Public Policy and his Juris Doctor. Rhiannon Hartman focuses her practice on estate and business planning . She enjoys assisting clients in the event of life changes of every kind, including for their children’s or grandchildren’s futures, or upon the death of incapacity of a loved one.

She received her undergraduate degree from the College of William and Mary, and graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond School of Law. While in law school, Rhiannon was a member of the Trial Advocacy Board and the Career Services Advisory Board. She also served as a Manuscripts Editor of the Richmond Journal of Law and the Public Interest.

John P. Goetz earned a Bachelors of Science degree from Liberty University and a J.D. from Liberty University School of Law. He practices with the firm of John Goetz Law, PLC, located in Warrenton, Virginia, of which he is the owner and founder. Mr. Goetz represents consumer debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies, and small business debtors in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11. Mr. Goetz is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the Fauquier Bar Association. He practices in the Eastern District of Virginia and the Western District of Virginia.
