Ernest has been practicing law since 1977, but took a time out to serve 14 years as U.S. Congressman for Oklahoma’s 5th District, part of 25 years he served in federal, state and local office. Dallas graduated from Albany Law School in Albany, New York in 2008. Before joining Ivie & Young, he clerked for Judge David N. Mortensen in the Fourth District Court in Utah. Dallas represents the fourth generation of the Young family to practice at Ivie & Young.
