Peggy is licensed to practice law in the States of Texas and Tennessee, as well as in the Supreme Court of the United States. Her primary practice areas are transactional law, probate and estate planning, and nonprofit and for profit corporate law. Peggy graduated magna cum laude from the University of North Texas and received her Juris Doctor from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law, now A&M University School of Law. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fallin worked in the corporate world in the insurance and oil & gas industries.

Toby Burke has been practicing law since 1995. Mr. Burke’s preparatory education was at Texas A&M University (B.B.A., 1986); he graduated from St. Mary’s School of Law (magna cum laude) in 1995. Mr. Burke was a member of the Editorial Board of St. Mary’s Law Review, the Chairman of the National Conference of Law Reviews, and a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor fraternity while at St. Mary’s School of Law. I hold Board Certification in Family Law from the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. My legal practice is centered around child custody issues, divorce proceedings, modification suits, as well as premarital and postmarital agreements, among other family-law related matters. While I advocate for amicable resolutions, I am a strong and strategic advocate for my clients' rights. I take a solution-oriented approach and enjoy crafting creative strategies, especially in cases involving children. I primarily serve clients in Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, and Collin Counties.
