I am admitted to practice before all Texas state courts and the District Court for the Northern District of Texas. I am licensed in Texas, having graduated from the Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law, where I served as an editor for SMU’s International Law Review and Chief Counsel in the school’s Consumer Advocacy Clinic.

My main practice is all aspects of bankruptcy, representing both creditors and debtors in Chapter 7 and 13 cases. My practice also involves small business Chapter 11 reorganizations. After passing the bar exam in 1982 he worked in El Paso for 3 years as prosecutor before moving to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He has had his own firm since 1993.
