John Mallios completed his Doctorate of Juris Prudence from Salmon P. Case, College of Law in 1978. After his successful completion of the Texas Bar Exam, he became a licensed attorney in all state and federal courts in all districts in the state of Texas in May of 1979.

For over 40 years, John C. Mallios & Associates has successfully represented business organizations and various plaintiffs in Texas and other states throughout the country. David has practiced law for nearly thirty years and has tried over 100 jury trials. During that time, he has represented several Fortune 500 companies in personal injury and commercial litigation. During the past few years, David has focused his practice on the representation of Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas families that have been injured by the fraud or negligence of others.
