Joshua Tolin is an experienced military trial attorney at Veritas Military Law, who also serves in the Air Force Reserve as a Major (O-4) and Individual Mobilization Augmentee. As an active-duty Air Force JAG for more than 10 years, Joshua spent his entire active-duty career in military justice: first prosecuting at the United States Air Force Academy, CO, as a junior prosecutor, then as an Area Defense Counsel at Ellsworth AFB, SD. I retired from the Air Force in the grade of colonel after having served 29 1/2 years active duty. I was a three-time commander at the detachment, squadron and group levels. I am a former 1st chair Assistant District Attorney with the Bexar County, Texas, District Attorney's office Public Integrity and Cyber Crimes Division with extensive experience in internet crimes against children, such as online solicitation of a minor and possession of child pornography, crimes committed by public servants, elected officials, government employees, and offenders having a professional license. As a prosecutor, I obtained a landmark sentence against a child predator.
