Founding member Jennifer Espronceda is a lifelong resident of San Antonio. She received her undergraduate degree with honors from Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi and her law degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Having worked for a large, global law firm following graduation, Jennifer delivers business “know-how” with a results-oriented style that provides clients and colleagues with vision, creativity and leadership. Prior to graduating from law school, Jennifer was selected for a judicial internship in the Southern District of Texas where she worked for the Honorable George P. Kazen.

Marc A. Gonzalez became a founding partner of Gonzalez Druker Law Firm in 2019 when he and long-time friend Uriel Druker joined forces to create a premier personal injury firm based in Laredo, TX. Marc started his career after graduating with his J.D. from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He began his career as a prosecutor and was quickly promoted to serve as an Assistant District Attorney in the 49th Judicial District Court.
