Marian Quintero has represented award-winning photographers and business owners in intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark issues. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in 2022, where she also received a Certificate in Intellectual Property Law. During law school, she served as Vice President of Financial Affairs for the Moot Court Honor Society and externed for Judge Barbara Areces in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit. She is admitted to practice law in Florida and the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida, as well as the Northern District of Texas.

Kevin E. Childress received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Austin Peay State University in 1991 and received his law degree from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 1994. While in law school he was selected to be a member of the moot court debate team. Attorney Childress began his legal career as a Public Defender. He entered private practice in 1997 as a general practitioner with the late J.C. McLin. Upon McLin being appointed as a Judge in 2000, Attorney Childress established his own practice. I hail from Clarksville, Tennessee, where I have been practicing law for eighteen years. I am a second-generation attorney, continuing the legacy of legal practice in my family. I am married and have been for sixteen years, and together we have three children. In my practice, I focus on family law, handling cases that range from child custody and support to divorce, orders of protection, and domestic violence. I am fortunate to work alongside two wonderful assistants who have been with me for fifteen years, supporting our clients through their legal challenges.
