I am a TN Supreme Court approved mediator and have been mediating family law issues since 1992.My practice primarily includes Divorce, Custody, Child support, Modification of parenting plans, Contempt, Pre-Nuptial agreements and Juvenile Court cases. I am the owner and founder of the Hoffman Law and Mediation office. I believe that there are better and less costly ways to resolve divorces, than litigation. As a former probation/parole officer and the son of a decorated homicide detective, my entire life has been connected to the criminal justice system. I've seen the inside of a prison, I know police tactics, and I've seen first-hand how our criminal justice system can be unfair.
