I have been practicing family law for 38 years. I am a TN Supreme Court approved mediator and have been mediating family law issues since 1992.My practice primarily includes Divorce, Custody, Child support, Modification of parenting plans, Contempt, Pre-Nuptial agreements and Juvenile Court cases. I am the owner and founder of the Hoffman Law and Mediation office. I believe that there are better and less costly ways to resolve divorces, than litigation. Eric received his license to practice law in 2008 and worked with West Tennessee Legal Services for a year before starting his private practice.
