I often describe myself as a "businessperson who happens to be a lawyer and a CPA." My financial, legal and management experience is extensive, current, and active. To understand the inner workings of a business, I will walk a production floor, handle product, and look for client and competitive product on store shelves. I will meet with software engineers, listening for what works and what does not. I collaborate with every department as needed. I provide services to Manufacturing, Technology and Service companies. I focus on the US and international objectives of a Business, its Contracts, Asset Protection, and Tax Planning.

Joe represents both businesses and individuals in a variety of litigation and transactional matters though a significant portion of his practice is devoted to complex trusts and estates. His expertise includes asset protections, special needs, Medicaid, and specialized trusts for clients and probate administration. Joe helps clients achieve their goals by listening closely to their individual needs.

Earl has practiced law in New Hampshire for over forty years. In 1973, Earl received his law degree from the University of Florida Law School, where he was a member of the Law Review and the Order of the Coif. Following law school, he was a law clerk for the Florida Superior Court, and taught constitutional law and legal writing at his alma mater. She graduated from Boston College (BS, cum laude, 1985) and Northeastern University Law School (JD 1988).
