Mark Lobb founded the firm on November 3, 1993, and is the current Managing Partner. His clients consist of domestic and foreign corporations and the owners of such corporations.

I had a 27-year career with the IRS as an Estate Tax Attorney. My focus is on valuation issues relating to intellectual property (music/film copyrights, name and likeness rights) and business (partial interest discounts) assets.

Michael Wiesner practices in the firm's tax and M&A groups. His work includes a focus on corporate transactions and cross-border entity structuring. He regularly advises on the tax aspects of multi-step mergers and acquisitions, including Internal Revenue Code section 351 investments in conjunction with mergers, section 355 spin-offs in conjunction with acquisitions, and complex sale/redemption structures.
