Through her Enrolled Agent Credential, she developed a strong background in tax and tax law which allows her to have a unique perspective on the law and tax law with respect to tax planning, estate planning, and business planning.

My career started as a trial lawyer for the IRS Office of Chief Counsel and I have spent more than 25 years in private practice resolving problems with the IRS and state tax agencies.

Justin Clement is the Lead Tax Attorney at Optima Tax Relief, LLC located in Santa Ana, CA.
