Garrett Johnson, a Fort Mill resident and alumnus of Fort Mill High School, earned a Bachelor's in History and a Juris Doctorate from Wake Forest University. While in law school, he studied overseas in Venice alongside Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Before joining Elrod Pope Accident & Injury Attorneys as an attorney in 2011, Garrett interned there as a runner and legal assistant. His practice focuses on personal injury and serious accidents. My practice areas primarily include domestic litigation and criminal defense law. Domestic litigation includes divorces, child custody, visitation and support issues, equitable distribution, step-parent adoptions and relocation cases. Criminal law includes defending felonies and misdemeanors ranging from Kidnapping to Driving Under the Influence to Traffic Citations in State, County, City and Municipal Courts.
