Mr. Turner graduated from the University of South Carolina and went on to earn his law degree from Samford University, Cumberland School of Law in Birmingham, Alabama. Christy Kellerhals graduated from the University of South Carolina Honors College with BA’s in Political Science and Spanish. She then attended Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles. She was involved in community outreach programs such as small claims clinic and teen court. She was also involved in Estate planning and real estate law. Chase moved to Greenville in 2001 after graduating from USC School of Law and began work as a prosecutor for the Thirteenth Circuit in Pickens, and later in Greenville County. After working for two years as a prosecutor, Chase started his own firm, The Law Office of H. Chase Harbin, P.A.
