We represent both investors and industry participants. Much of our work is concentrated in the litigation of EB-5 securities matters. Our firm also handles complex business litigation, regulatory inquiries and corporate work.

Based out of Wyoming and also licensed in California, I am a Sterlington Law partner focusing on investment management, regulatory matters, business creation and support, and crypto and digital assets. I am also a Board member of a regulated Crypto trading company. Before joining Sterlington, I served as General Counsel for the State Treasurer's Office of Wyoming which manages over $25 billion in assets.
