Mr. Morris is a former SEC Enforcement Attorney. Mr. Wittenberg began a career on Wall Street 20 years ago. He then attended Berkeley Law where he focused his legal education and securities and business transactions. Upon graduating, Mr. Wittenberg was recruited by large law firms to work on tens of billions of dollars of securities offerings and business transactions.
