David Gottfried is an experienced trial lawyer and mediator, concentrating his trial and mediation practice in the areas of business and real estate disputes.

After serving as law clerk on the Federal Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals for two years, entered private practice of law in 1972. Practice includes transactional commercial and residential real estate, small business, wills and estate planning, and franchising law.

I work with them to create policies, procedures, and manuals and provide training, investigations, and counseling regarding hiring, firing, and compliance with employment laws. Dakota Wrinkle is the managing attorney of Texas Landowner Law Firm, PLLC. Mr. Wrinkle is licensed to practice law in both Oklahoma and Texas. Mr. Wrinkle obtained his Bachelor of Science degree with cum laude distinction in biology from Hardin-Simmons University in Abilene, Texas.
