Geoff is a commercial litigator who focuses his practice on business disputes. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully represented plaintiffs and defendants at trial and on appeal in courts across the country in high-stakes and business-critical commercial matters. Geoff’s business litigation practice has a particular emphasis on claims against commercial banks brought by customers, third parties and regulators.

I have helped hundreds of debtors get relief from creditors since 2000 using the Bankruptcy Code. Bankruptcy is a difficult decision and the client is guided through the process with experience, humility and compassion. My other areas of practice are Real Estate Conveyancing and Estate Planning. Currently I serve my community as a Board Member of the Newport County YMCA and am the former President of the Newport Little League and Newport Public Library.
