Kyle Scruggs was born and raised in Lawton, Oklahoma. Kyle received the prestigious National Merit Scholarship from the University of Oklahoma, and graduated from OU with a B.A. in History in 2005. Kyle received his Juris Doctor from Marquette University Law School in 2008.

Ben was a partner with local firm of Elliott & Sherrer, P.C., until June, 2006, when he established his solo practice.Ben currently serves as the as the Assistant City Attorney for the City of Pryor Creek and is the Town Attorney for the Town of Chouteau.
